So to go along with my last post I'm going to share this. Just because it says natural doesn't mean it is. The picture above explains the difference. And I can say that I agree with it. The saying goes If it's made in the garden, eat it. If it's made in the lab then it takes a lab to digest. If it has a shelf life longer than you then don't eat it! I think this goes along with what we put on our bodies as well as what we are putting inside our bodies. So to be on the safe side I'm going to stick with the things that say organic rather than the ones that say "100% natural" and if I can't find that then I guess I will just have to do without!
