So as fair warning for those who get grossed out over the little things don't read on for those who it doesn't bother continue reading. Today we are going to talk about poop. Yes poop, bowels, #2, poopy, logs, and stools. It's been said that your poop s supposed to be in an "S" shape not a hard pebbly looking thing or runny ewwy looking stuff. Well lately I've been a little ok a lot constipated not sure why but I have been so in order for me to feel more comfortable I went and got some dried apricots. They are high in fiber and I go this route because I don't like taking the fiber powders it's too much for me so I had a few dried apricots for breakfast. I must have been really stopped up because it went through me fairly fast. I keep feeling things moving along and my tummy keeps bubbling making weird noises and then I have to run to the bathroom. I feel very bloaty right now but it's mainly because my bowels are moving around trying to push their self out. I'm thinking I may be all stopped up because I have been eating a lot of meat lately more than I normally do and it takes up to 3 days to get things moving. But if you want a quick fix and are in the comfort of your own home I suggest eating some dried apricots. But WARNING only eat a few or your stools will be too loose and you don't want that.
